Buying services everywhere in the EU
This brochure guides the consumers through the most common problems they may face when trying to access services (including distribution of goods) in other EU countries. It gives advice to consumers on how they can seek better deals in the single market and what they should not accept. The following advice builds upon experience from dealing with consumer complaints addressed to the European Commission, European Consumer Centers and other bodies designated to help consumers facing discrimination when buying services in the EU.
